October 25 – The Carousel at Santa Monica Pier
- Kick-off the conference with demos by fresh new music tech startups at the Startup Carousel. Circle the room to meet each team and take breaks on a real merry-go-round at the center of the action.
- Then mingle with conference speakers, sponsors, and attendees at an open-air Opening Party.
October 26 – Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel
- The main conference day is packed with panels, keynotes, an exhibitor hall, and final round pitches of the Swimming with Narwhals Music Tech Startup Competition—and built-in opportunities for chance meetings between each session. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and has many options for lunch.
- Wrap up the day with a reception at the hotel, then hit the town for dinner with the friends you’ve met through the day.
October 27 – Expert Dojo in Santa Monica Place
